1. Concepts for structured planning and implementation of requirements elicitation and conflict resolution

Learn how to systematically plan and execute the elicitation of requirements and find out which influencing factors need to be taken into account and how process patterns are applied.

2. Sources of requirements

Learn how to identify, classify, and manage relevant stakeholders, documents, and systems and learn the basics of sources of requirements and how to use them effectively.

The CPRE Foundation certificate (Level 1) is a prerequisite for the thematic deepening at the next level; alternatively, a BCS Practitioner certificate in RE is also accepted:

This certification allows you to learn the content and build the skills necessary to effectively identify requirements. You will receive the certificate after successfully passing the multiple-choice exam.
The CPRE Requirements Elicitation Practitioner certificate (Level 2) entitles you to aim for the certificate at the next level:

Level 3 | CPRE Requirements Elicitation Specialist
This certification proves that you have the skills necessary to successfully apply requirements elicitation in various project situations. The examination is conducted by means of a written assignment in the student’s own project context.
