The CPRE Requirements Management module focuses on the management and control of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements often change during a project and effective management is critical to keep cost, time, and quality under control. This module teaches you techniques for managing requirements and changes to requirements in agile and traditional development processes as well as reporting in Requirements Engineering. Requirements management is central to both plan-based and agile approaches.
